Our Team

Cynthia L. King, MSSA, LCSW, (ATSA)

As the President of King and Associates, Inc., Ms. King has 30+ years of experience working in the field of sexual abuse, including working with victims, offenders, and individuals with sexually acting-out behaviors. She was appointed to the Governor’s Sex Offender Assessment Board in 2010 and serves as a national trainer and consultant. Ms. King received her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. 

 

Todd Baumgardner, LPC (ATSA)

 

Mr. Baumgardner is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health from California University of Pennsylvania. He is also a clinical member of ATSA. At KAA, Mr. Baumgardner is the Clinical Supervisor of Sex Offender Services. In this role, he facilitates several sex offender treatment groups on a weekly basis and is responsible for overall management of these services. He has also conducted trauma services for children and families in a variety of settings. 

 

 

 

 

 

Deanna Kulcsar, LPC

Ms. Kulcsar received her Master's Degree from Seton Hill University in Marriage and Family Therapy and is the Clinical Supervisor of  Treatment and Visitation Services at KAA. She has previously held positions at the Seton Hill Center for Family Therapy as well as Southwestern Pennsylvania Health Services, where she specialized in assessing and treating clients within the context of their family and relationships. 

 

Nicole Pizzola, LSW

Ms. Pizzola is a Licensed Social Worker with over 5 years of experience. She received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and specializes in the treatment of child and adolescent victims of trauma. Ms. Pizzola is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has developed and co-facilitated victim and caregiver TF-CBT groups. She has co-facilitated adult and juvenile sex-offender treatment groups and previously worked as an assessment caseworker at Westmoreland County Children's Bureau. At KAA, she provides individual and family trauma therapy services in a variety of settings. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marie Wolf-Hatalowich, LCSW

Ms. Wolf-Hatalowich is a Licensed Social Worker, earning her MSW from California University of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Wolf-Hatalowich has spent over 12 years working with children, youth, and families, specifically involved in the child welfare system specializing in permanency and trauma. Ms. Wolf-Hatalowich is a credentialed practitioner of Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) and a forensic interviewer, receiving her training through the National Training Center of the National Children’s Advocacy Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She is the Supervisor of Clinical Services at King and Associates, Inc.

 

 

 

Olivia Halula, LCSW

Ms. Halula received her Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Halula has experience working with a number of mental health issues. She previously worked as a bereavement counselor at a Hospice Agency dealing with issues of grief and loss. Ms. Halula has also worked with victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, as well as with mentally ill individuals as a social worker at Torrance State Hospital.  

 

 Laiken Eckenrod, MA

Ms. Eckenrod earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has 7 years of experience working with adults, children and intellectually disabled adults. Ms. Eckenrod also has experience in the outpatient therapy setting, working one on one with individuals who experience a variety of mental health diagnoses. At KAA, she provides individual and family trauma therapy services.

 

Sacha Martin, MA, LMFT

Ms. Martin earned her Master’s Degree from Seton Hill University. Ms. Martin is a family therapist who has worked in children’s mental health, both as a clinician and program supervisor. She also is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Her areas of expertise include both couples and family therapy, in addition to children’s behavioral modification treatment services.  

 

Matthew Yatsko, MS, LPC, NCC, DCC

Mr. Yatsko is a licensed professional counselor with 10+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of issues, including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction. He holds a Master of Science Degree from California University in Pennsylvania. Mr. Yatsko has worked in a clinical supervisor position for several agencies.

 

Megan Schweppe, MA

Ms. Schweppe received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked as a residential therapist for Adelphoi Village. She provides individual and family trauma therapy services for children.  

 

Lacey Grant, Parenting and Visitation Specialist

Ms. Grant received her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Point Park University. She is a former Certified Traumatic Brain Injury Specialist through the state of Pennsylvania. She currently conducts Parenting and Visits and introduces specialized curriculum for parental deficits that may ultimately assist in reintegrating healthier families.  

 

Deanna Pulice, Office Manager Greensburg Location.

Ms. Pulice has a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hill University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. She also has past experience working with victims of all crimes as a Victim/Witness Advocate in the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office.   

 

 

 

Kelsey Dolan, MSW, LSW

Ms. Kelsey Dolan holds both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Social Work from Seton Hill University and the University of Pittsburgh, and holds a Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification. She is a Licensed Social Worker and previously held a position with UPMC East as a Hospital Social Worker and has experience working with residential youth that were victims and or perpetrators of sexual abuse as well as working in an inpatient psychiatric unit. At KAA, she provides individual and family trauma therapy services in a variety of settings.                                         

 

Mary O'Hara, MSW, LSW

 

Ms. O'Hara received in Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a certificate in Children,  Youth and Families. She is a Licensed Social Worker and previously worked at Adelphoi Village as a therapist in Bedford, Somerset and Indiana Counties. At KAA, she provides therapy for victims of trauma and their families, as well as co-facilitating sex offender treatment services. 

 

 

Ms. Ashley Beck, MSW

 

Ms. Beck received her Master's Degree in Social Work from California University of Pennsylvania. She has 12 years of experience working with children in families in the home and child welfare system, drug and alcohol field, and with victims advocacy. At KAA, she provides individual and family trauma therapy services. 

Ms. Morgan Paul, MA

 

Ms. Paul holds a Master's Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Clinical and Community Mental Health Counseling. Her prior experience in the field comes from mental health case management and drug & alcohol counseling, as well as working with young women in the juvenile justice system. She is trained in trauma focused counseling as well as mindfulness, crisis, & addiction counseling. At KAA, she provides individual and family trauma therapy services.
